Automating synchronization tasks in CiraSync On Premise ensures that contact data remains up to date without requiring manual intervention. By scheduling sync tasks, you can define when and how often Itrezzo refreshes and updates contact information across your organization.

Instructions

1. Expand Unified Contact Management in the left navigation panel.

2. Click Schedule & Custom Tasks to access the scheduling options.

3. In the grey Schedule panel at the top-right of the grid, click the + button to add a new scheduled sync task. This will open the Advanced Schedule window.

4. Under the Cache Refresh section, check each box twice. This action will force Itrezzo to check and refresh data before executing the scheduled sync task, indicated by the appearance of the Force icon next to each field.

5. Choose the desired sync frequency by selecting Daily, Weekly, or Monthly. For this example, click Daily to proceed. The scheduling options will appear in the window.

6. Click the selection button next to the default displayed time (0:00) to adjust the sync schedule.

7. Select the desired time(s) for the scheduled sync task.

8. Click the + button to add the selected time. The chosen time will appear in the white field below the time selection area.

  • Note: Repeat steps 6–8 to schedule additional sync times within the same day if needed.

 

9. Click the drop-down arrow at the top-right corner of the Advanced Schedule window. A list of all Contact Collections created in your Itrezzo tenant will appear.

10. Select a Target Contact Collection to designate as the recipients of the scheduled sync.

 

11. Under the Task Options field, choose one or more sync task options to determine what data Itrezzo will sync to the recipient users.

12. Click Save to finalize the schedule. You will be redirected back to the Schedule & Custom Tasks grid.

  • Note: To run a manual sync on the newly created schedule, right-click on the schedule and select Run Now.
