A Mandatory Contact List is a contact list created on itrezzo that is made up of a data source and contacts in Active Directory that is pushed to specified users. The following shows how to create a basic Mandatory Contact List.

 

Instructions

  1. Click Mandatory Contact List in the quick-access toolbar at the top of the page.
     NOTE: You can also expand Unified Contact Management in the left navigation panel and click Mandatory Contact List.
     
  2. Click the + in the grey Mandatory Contact List panel near the top-right of the window to create a mandatory contact list. The Mandatory Contact List creation window will open. (See figure below.) 
  3. Name the list.
  4. Click the Select button under the Source Mandatory Contacts field. The Source Mandatory Contact Field window will open. (See figure below.) 
  5. Click the folder icon in the left panel. The window will now list all the Contact Collections that were created in your tenant. (See figure below.) 
  6. Drag and drop the desired collection from the All Collections field to the Members field.
    NOTE: The Contact Collection will be used as the data source for the Mandatory Contact List.
  7. Click Save.  You will return to the Mandatory Contact List creation window.
  8. Click Select in the Target: Authorized Recipients field. The Target – Mandatory Contact List window will open. (See figure below.) 
  9. Click the folder icon. The window will now list all the Contact Collections that were created in your tenant.(See figure below.) 
  10. Select the desired Contact Collection to use as the recipient of the Mandatory Contact List.
  11. Click Save. You will return to the Mandatory Contact List creation window.
  12. Click Save. itrezzo will cache the Mandatory Contact List source that was just created. Your Mandatory Contact List will appear in the Mandatory Contact List grid after a few minutes. (See figure below.)
