Prerequisites

Here are the prerequisites for upgrading or installing our current server release.

• Windows 2008R2 x64 is the preferred Operating System (OS) (a virtual machine with two processor cores and 2GB of RAM will work). IIS role needs to be installed on the server with ASP.NET and Windows Authentication enabled. If this is a new server, then the itrezzo service account needs to be in the "Local Administrators" group on this system. For more information see the link to our wiki below.
• "Microsoft .NET Framework 4" must be installed. It is available here:
• "Microsoft Exchange Server MAPI Client and Collaboration Data Objects 1.2.1 (MAPI/CDO), version 6.5.8244" must be installed. It is available here: NOTE: If this is an existing itrezzo Agent server then the itrezzo services must be stopped and the old version of the MAPI/CDO uninstalled from "Add/Remove programs", before updating to the new version. If the itrezzo server is also a BES server then the "Blackberry Controller" and "Blackberry Dispatcher" services need to be stopped during the MAPI/CDO component removal and update.

If you are using Exchange 2010, then we will also need to know your Exchange 2010 CAS server name(s) and whether you are using load balancers in front of the Exchange 2010.
